Heritage grains grown in the Palouse Country for artisan baking and craft brews

Palouse Heritage grains are used for artisan baking flours as well as culinary malts for craft brews. Heritage grains provide several critical advantages over modern grains. We grow our nutritious heritage grains at Palouse Colony Farm using regenerative approaches that ensure soil vitality, eliminate erosion, and dramatically reduce harmful carbon emissions. We are Non-GMO/G (No genetic modification and no glyphosate/Round-up herbicide) and Salmon-Safe Certified in our field operations.
