Palouse Heritage landrace grains are used for artisan baking flours as well as culinary malts for craft brews. Landrace grains provide several critical advantages over modern hybrid grains. We grow our nutritious landrace grains at Palouse Colony Farm using crop rotations and natural approaches that ensure soil vitality, eliminate erosion, and dramatically reduce harmful carbon emissions.
