Landrace grains grown in the Palouse Country for health, hearth, and heritage

Palouse Heritage landrace grains are used for artisan baking flours as well as culinary malts for craft brews. Landrace grains provide several critical advantages over modern hybrid grains. We grow our nutritious landrace grains at Palouse Colony Farm using crop rotations and natural approaches that ensure soil vitality, eliminate erosion, and dramatically reduce harmful carbon emissions.

The farm is not a supplier of raw seed grain, nor are our products currently available for retail purchase. However, those interested in wholesale orders can click here for more information.
